NEW FEATURE - February 19th, 2021
Added a new permission to allow users other than System Admins to create Pulse surveys. Users with the permission will be able to create Pulses for the students.
By Default:
System and District Admins will be able to create surveys for all students, staff and families.
If enabled:
Site admins will be able to create surveys for their students, staff, and families at their school(s).
Teachers can create surveys for their rostered students.
