How do I share results with people?

Please note: You will need to be the survey's author to adjust its settings.

  1. Select Pulses from the top navigation

  2. Select the "..." for the Pulse/survey you'd like to share and choose Edit Settings

  3. Scroll down and add the group(s) that includes the user(s) you'd like to share results with. If needed, you can create a new staff group via these instructions.
    In the example above, the results are being shared with two groups: 18 "District Admins" and 227 "Teachers". You can remove any group(s) by selecting the small "x" next to the group's name. Please make sure to hit the green Save Changes button at the bottom.
