Updated on

This article will walk through basic information for the System Admin in regards to the 504 Platform including permissions and code management.

Please note that within the 504 Platform, you must be a System Admin to adjust code management.

There are various places within the 504 Plan where the dropdown list can be adjusted via Code Management.

These include:

  1. Accommodations, Modification and Service dropdown within the AMS page (504 AMS Types Code Table)
  2. The Location dropdown within add/edit an AMS (504 AMS Locations Code Table)
  3. The Impairments dropdown within the Student Needs page of the 504 Plan (504 Impairments Code Table)
  4. The Major Life Activities dropdown within the Student Needs page of the 504 Plan (504 Life Activities Code Table)

NOTE: Student Groups and Staff Groups should not be adjusted at this time. They are Code Tables that may be used for future needs.
