This manual is intended to support users who wish to manually enter Early On Data into Infinity and for users who are inputting data from a transfer IFSP child.
To access the fields for Early On Assessment click Students-> Early On Assessment (birth - 2 yr olds).
To add an assessment click Add Entrance Assessment, Add Anual Assessment, or Add Exit Assessment as appropriate.
1. From the drop-down menu select the appropriate Site, Data Source, Assessment Date, Parent Input, and Parent Input Date.
2. Indicate the Outcome by selecting it from the drop-down for 1A, 2A, and 3A.
3. Click Save.

2. Indicate the Outcome and whether the child has shown any new skills or behaviors in this area since the last data was taken for 1A, 2A, and 3A.

Where to Start
To input Early On Important Dates Click Students-> Early On-> Edit Early On.

1. Using the date fields and drop-down menus input the correct dates and select the appropriate District/ISD, Coordinating Agency, Primary Service Setting, Timely Start of Service, and Exit Reason (if appropriate).
2. Click Save.
Where to Start
To input Early On Transition information Click Students-> Early On Transition-> Early On Transition (Edit).
Input Early On Transition
1. From the drop-down menu select the District/ISD.
2. Indicate "Yes" or "No" to State (SEA) Notification and Local (LEA) Notification.
3. From the drop-down menus select Timeliness of Transition IFSP and Conference.
4. Click Save.
Where to Start
To input an Early On Service Click Students-> Early On Service-> Add a New Early On Service.
Add Early On Service
1. Using the drop-down menus select the District/ISD, Service, and Provider (User).
2. Input the Method, Hours, and Hours Per Week.
1. Select Service Location.
2. Select Service Delivery Method.
3. Input Start Date and End Date.
4. Select Payor.
5. Click Save.
To input Initial IFSP information Click Students-> Initial IFSP-> Initial IFSP Edit.
1. Input the Referral Date in the provided field and select the District/ISD, Referral Source, Timeliness, and IFSP Result from the drop-down menus.
2. Click Save.
1. Go to Students-> Special Ed -> Edit Important Dates.
2. Input the Initial IFSP Date.
3. Click Save.
1. Input the IFSP Date (also known as the Meeting Date in Infinity) as the IEP Date. (To do this go to Students-> Special Ed -> Edit Important Dates.)
2. Click Save.
Add Primary Disability. (Go to Spec Ed -> Student Primary Disability View -> Edit Student Primary Disability.)
1. Add Primary Disability and Start Date.
2. Click Add.
Add Program(s)/Support Service(s) as appropriate. Note: For additional information on how to add go to https://help.kelvin.education/a/1866986-add-edit-and-or-delete-a-program-or-service
1. Enter the required information.
2. Click Submit.

2. Click Submit.
