Accessing Core Data Import Logs

Core Data Import Logs allow users to troubleshoot data transfer from their SIS to Infinity. The logs are typically broken down by district and allow each district to view the files that were imported, related errors, rejections, and successes.

Do you have the correct permissions to access the logs?

Click on Administration Cog-> Core Data Import Logs

If you are missing the link, you likely do not have to correct permissions.

Please contact your system administrator to have them turned on.

If you are the system administrator, please follow the following steps to enable the Core Data Import Log.

Enable Permissions for Core Data Import Log

1. Click on the Administration Gear.

2. Under Users, select Permissions.

1. Select the Permission Scope of Role

2.  Select the Module of Administration

3.  Then click Load.

1.  Select the appropriate Role from the Dropdown.

2.  Then click Load.

Click the Radio Button for "Yes" to the permission Admin Validation Logs and click Save.

Next Steps

Log out and then back in to see the changes.

You should see the Core Data Import Log link under Administration Cog.
