How do I delete a student contact?

This lesson is designed to help system level administrators delete a Student Contact.

Some things to consider:

- What is my user level access (i.e., basic vs. administrative)?

- Have I enabled the correct permissions to remove contacts?

If have not made the above considerations you should first ensure that you meet the above requirements before proceeding in this lesson.

After opening a student's record:

1. Click the Students.

2. Under Current, click the Student Contacts link.

Delete a Contact

Delete a Contact

Click the "Delete" button to remove a contact from the Contact List.

NOTE:  If you do not make the adjustment within your Student Information System then the next time the data imports the contact will be added back into the system.
