This help doc and accompanying video will walk through the FTE of 1862.

1. To have the system look for the week with the highest number of hours, select Calculate 1862. The week with the highest number of hours will display the total hours.
2. To calculate the FTE from the total hours, select submit. This will take the total hours for the highest week, times it by 52 and then divide by 180 to calculate the FTE.
NOTE: You do not need to pull a new Time Capsule to refresh/run this page. It will do the calculation if you are on either the Current OR MSDS FTE Page.
(NOTE: Remember, Time Capsules should not be pulled after the day of count until you are ready for the next State Reporting Period.)
