Initial IFSP Fields that are populated in the Initial IFSP tab in the Student Module
Early On fields that populated from a published IFSP in the Early On tab in the Student Module
Services that populate from a Published IFSP in the Early On Services tab in the Student Module
Early On Transition Information that populates from the Transition Page of the IFSP
Required Manual Entries
For Early On Students who are Michigan Mandatory Special Education Eligible ONLY: You will need to add the IFSP Date to the appropriate IEP Date Field on the Important Dates Page as this does not come over from the published IFSP.
Note: The only date from the IFSP that comes over to the Important Dates tab is the Initial IFSP Date.
