Logging in for the first time will look different as Infinity will want to verify your email address. THIS MEANS YOU WILL NEED TO do an initial setup including two-step authorization.
This article will walk through logging in for the first time.
Did you get an Email From Kelvin Auth?
You can either select Finish Activation OR copy the Passcode (code) and enter it in by hand.
1. Select Finish Activation.
1. Create your Password and Confirm Password.
2. Select Next.
NOTE: The Next Button will not be selectable until you have met all of the Password requirements
1. Enter your username. NOTE: This should be your email.
2. Select continue.
1. Enter your Password.
2. Select Continue.
Select your authentication method.
Would you like to use Authenticator App or Universal Second Factor?
1. Select Authenticator App.
1. Navigate to your Authenticator App and either scan the QR code or type in the URL manually.
2. Enter the code from the Authenticator App.
3. Select Continue.
1. You will be required to enter the code from your Authentication App one more time. NOTE: Most Authentication Apps continuously change the count every minute or so. Therefore, the code you enter may be different than on the previous screen.
2. Select Continue.
1. Select the Infinity App to continue to Infinity.
1. Select Universal Second Factor.
1. Select Continue.
Based on the device you are using, you may or may not see ICloud Keychain. This is just an example of what options may be available for you to use for 2-Factor.
Please complete the requirements for the option you selected in order to complete the process.
NOTE: Each Universal Factor will allow you various options based on the device you are using.
1. Select the Infinity App to continue to Infinity. Note: You will be asked to do the 2-Step Auth every two weeks.
1. Copy the code (Passcode).
1. Navigate to your ISD/RESA/District's Infinity URL Page and select Login to Kelvin.
1. Enter your username. NOTE: This should be your email address.
2. Select continue.
NOTE: If you get the following message, User not Found in the System, make sure that you are using your email.
1. Enter the code you received from your email here.
2. Select Continue.
1. Select your authentication method.
Would you like to use Password or Passkeys?
1. Create your Password and Confirm Password.
2. Select Next.

Did you get a message that you were not found? Double check that you are using your email address and not your “old” username.

1. Select Resend code. NOTE: ONLY select Resend code ONE TIME. If you select it multiple times, it will send you multiple emails. This means the first email sent will no longer work as you told the system to send a new code..
Next, go to your email and look for one (within Spam as well) from Kelvin Auth.

You can decide if you would like to Select Finish Activation Within the Email to Continue or Copy the Passcode (code) and go Back Where you Left Off

What is the difference between Authenticator App and Universal Second Factor?
- Authenticator App is typically done using your phone or another device with an Authenticator App.
- Universal Second Factor options depend on what type of a computer/device you are using. Examples include ICloud Keychain, phone, tablet or security key, Your Chrome Profile, etc.
What 2-Factor do you Want to Use?
