The edit option is available for any encounters that have not been submitted to MDHHS.
The encounter above does not have an edit option as it has been submitted to MDHHS and is therefore locked in order to ensure the data submitted to MDHHS does not get accidentally changed. To learn more click the video link below:

1. The first step is to gather the required information from the encounter you need to edit/adjust such as date/time/comments, etc.
2. Once you have any required information delete the encounter. This will cause the encounter to be sent as a void in the next submission file to MDHHS.
3. Add a new encounter being sure to address any edits or adjustments that were needed.
