Input Participant Attendance

This lesson provides information on how to record IEP Team participant attendance. Information is also provided on how to add additional participants not previously invited to the IEP Team meeting.

This lesson requires that you have selected a student and are viewing a single student's record.  If you are unsure how to locate a student, see the "Find a Student" lesson in the "Students" manual for help.

To create an Invitation click on Special Services-> IEP Details-> Click "Select Action" Dropdown-> Click "Wizard Quick Resume"

1. Select Yes for Present or leave as No if Not Present for each IEP Participant to indicate attendance.

NOTES:  

1.  The default is No for Not Present.  

2.  Only individuals marked as Present will show on the IEP PDF as being in attendance.

If there were any IEP members absent for whom their Attendance IS NOT NECESSARY:

1.  Review the question/prompt and if the answer is YES select the the box next to YES.  Note:  The Select Participant(s) is grayed out unless the box next to YES is checked.

2. Select the Participant(s) for whom attendance is not necessary.  

Notes:  1) Multiple individuals can be selected.  2) Only individuals added to the Invitation Page will show within the dropdown.

By clicking "Next" you have successfully saved participant attendance information.

A green message will appear atop the Primary Eligibility page indicating that participant attendance information has been successfully saved.

You are now ready to indicate the student's Primary Eligibility.
