Yes they do. Once they click on the link with the Kelvin Auth email that contains the passcode the above screen should populate for them.
1. Is the user showing Linked for Kelvin Auth Status or Unlinked?
Linked: This means they were sent a passcode to begin the 2Factor. You will want to verify by going back to the main user page, that they have logged in as well by reviewing the Last Login Column. This will show you if they were able to complete the 2Factor process and log in.
Unlinked: This means that they have either not signed into Infinity for the first time, their email address (username) is incorrect, OR they are setup to do Bypass Remote Authentication (this is set to Yes).
Unlink should only need to be used IF their username is incorrect.
If the username is incorrect, select Unlink, then type in the correct username (email) then select Save.
If you see that the account is locked, this is due to either
1. The User is setup for Bypass Remote Authentication
OR
2. They tried to0 many times to setup their 2Factor OR their password. You will need to select Unlock and then Reset 2FA. NOTE: This will send an email from Kelvin Auth with the passcode for them to restart the process. They do not need to wait for the email in order to restart the process. Instead, they can go to the Login Page and select, Login to Kelvin.
If under the Username Not Linked is displayed, it can mean to things:
1. Their username is not a valid email address. Enter in their correct email address and select save.
OR
2. They have Bypass Remote Authentication set to Yes. In order to adjust them back to 2Factor, you will need to select No for Bypass Remote Authentication and select Save. Finally, you will need to select Reset 2Factor. NOTE: This will send the user an authentication passcode email.
The user should be able to go to their Control Panel, select and from their change their 2Factor process.
However, you can also reset their 2Factor by selecting, Reset 2FA
