Caseload Report

This article will walk through how to view your Caseload Report.

Where to Start

Expand or collapse content Provider

Navigate to the Caseload Report by either:

1. Open Search (using CRTL +K or Selecting Search) and begin typing Caseload Report.  Select Caseload Report from the dropdown.

OR

2.  Select Students Module, select Caseload Report.

1.  Adjust the Site filter if you would ONLY like a specific site.  NOTE:  The default is to display all of your sites you have affiliations to.

2.  Adjust the Report Date to reflect the day you would like to view your caseload as of.  NOTE:  In the summer, if you do not have current enrollment, you must adjust this to either a date from when school was in session in the Spring OR to the first day of school in the Fall.

3.  Adjust to only show Direct Only or Consult Only. NOTE: The default is Both.

4.  Adjust to only show Medicaid eligible or not Medicaid eligible, if you use Infinity's Medicaid Module if desired.  NOTE:  The default is Both.

5. To have the caseload show within Infinity, select Yes for Excel.  To download a PDF of your caseload, select No.

6. Select Load.

Key Reminders:

1.  Iep Date is the IEP Published/FAPE Date.

2.  Er stands for Evaluation Review Date and is ONLY used by some schools.

3.  Eval Date is the current REED date.

4.  Sec column is what Section is the student in:  Either 52 or 53.

5.  Dis stands for Disability.  The following is a crosswalk of the Disabilities.

05= Cognitive Impairment; 06= Emotional Impairment; 07= Deaf or Hard of Hearing; 08= Visual Impairment; 09= Physical Impairment; 10= Speech and Language Impairment; 11= Early Childhood Developmental Delay; 13= Specific Learning Disability; 14= Sever Multiple Impairment; 15= Autism Spectrum Disorder;  16= Traumatic Brain Injury; 17= Deaf-Blindness; 20= Other Health Impairment

6.  Programs shows the State Reporting Code for any program the student may have.  A Crosswalk is located within Program Codes Crosswalk (Taken from MSDS)

7.  Services shows the State Reporting Code for any service the student may have.  A Crosswalk is located within Services Code Crosswalk (Taken from MSDS)

8.  Sped Fte shows the amount of program the student is receiving for special education.

2.  Select the Reports Module, select on Caseload Report.

Select Your Filters

1.  Adjust the Site filter if you would ONLY like a specific site.  NOTE:  The default is to display all of your sites you have affiliations to.
