1.  Click on Special Ed.

2. Click on Part B Preschool Outcomes.

To begin adding new Part B Preschool Outcome select either:  Add Entry Outcome or Add Exit Outcome

1. Select the District the student is enrolled in using the dropdown.

2.  Enter the Date of Outcome (may be the assessment date).

3. Begin typing the name of the Assessor and select the name from the dropdown.

4.  Select the Tool used to determine Outcomes using the dropdown.

NOTE: If Other is selected then the Other Description will be available to add the Tool.

5. Select the Outcome result using the dropdown for 1A.

6. Select the Outcome result using the dropdown for 2A.

7.  Select the Outcome result using the dropdown for 3A.

8. Select SAVE to save the data and return to Part B Outcome List Page.

2.  Enter the Date of the Entry Outcome IF KNOWN (may be the assessment date).

3.  Enter the Date of the Exit Outcome (may be the assessment date).

4.   Begin typing the name of the Assessor and select the name from the dropdown.

5.   Select the Tool used to determine Outcomes using the dropdown.

NOTE: If Other is selected then the Other Description will be available to add the Tool.

6. Select the Outcome result using the dropdown for 1A.

7. Select either Yes or No in response to, Has the child shown any new skills or behaviors in this area since the lasta data?

8. Select the Outcome result using the dropdown for 2A.

9. Select either Yes or No in response to, Has the child shown any new skills or behaviors in this area since the last data?

10.  Select the Outcome result using the dropdown for 3A.

11. Select either Yes or No in response to, Has the child shown any new skills or behaviors in this area since the lasta data?

12. Select SAVE to save the data and return to Part B Outcome List Page.
