The purpose of this help document is to provide some of examples of digging deeper to locate why the student is showing overdue on the IFSP Widget.

Be sure you have entered the Early On Exit Date and Exit Reason on the Early On Page for the student.  This should remove the student from showing overdue on the IFSP widget.

  • Ensure the correct district/site was selected within the IFSP.
  • Ensure the IFSP was published.

Expand or collapse content Are you using Illuminate for Reviews?
Expand or collapse content Yes

Verify that Review was selected as a purpose on the Process Details Page.

Verify that the correct district was selected on the Meeting Information Page.

Ignore the specific report for overdue Review IFSPs.

  • The widget will not show a student until the first the IFSP has been completed in Illuminate.
