In some cases, you may want to remove or add questions to a Pulse before it is delivered. This article will walk through how to adjust a question, the responses, question type, and more.
Note: You will need administrator access to the Pulse to make any changes.
Where to Begin
- From your Launchpad, click on the Pulses.
- Use the Search bar to find the existing BUT NOT YET STARTED Pulse.
- Select the three dots to the right of your selected Pulse.
- Click Edit Settings.
1. Select Questions to navigate to the Questions Page within the Pulse.
2. Click within the question that you would like to adjust.
NOTE: Questions SHOULD NOT BE EDITED once a Pulse window has begun. Please contact your Customer Success Manager before making any changes to a LIVE Pulse.
1. Make your changes.
2. Select Next to save the changes.
