If the Pulse's results are recent, you can click on the white Pulse's card from the Launchpad underneath the purple-colored Results header (shown below).

This will bring you to the Summary Report of the results from which you can drill in and explore results over time, results for different significant sub-groups, comments, question performance, and how different constructs (i.e. topics) measured.

1.  Click Pulses from the top navigation.

2.  Select the three dots (...) for the Pulse you want to view results for and

3.  Select View Results.
