This article will walk through how to locate and view the Student Profile Report.  This report is meant to show the Pulse results at the student level and allows you the ability to compare two windows of the same Pulse for a student.  NOTE:  You must have the Participants Report in order to see and view the Student Profile.

Where to Start

1.  Select the Pulse card that you would like to view the Student Profile Report for.  

NOTE: If the Pulse is LIVE you will not be able to view the reports until the Pulse window has closed.

1.  Select the Participants Report from within the Report options at the top of the page.

1.  Locate the student that you would like to view their individual results for and then click their name.

1.  Select Change to adjust the Pulse window.

2.  This is the overall general information for the student in regards to the number of questions answered, questions skipped, total time to take the Pulse and if "Request to Speak to an Adult" was turned on for the Pulse Window, if the student requested or not.

3. The Trend section of the Student Profile Report shows the overall Trend for the student in relation from one Pulse window to another. NOTE: In this example, only ONE Pulse Window has been taken so there is nothing to compare.

4.  The Comparison section of the Student Profile Report compares the Dimension(s) within the Pulse from one Pulse window to another. NOTE: In this example, only ONE Pulse Window has been taken so there is nothing to compare.

5. To switch students you will need to select the Participants Report and then select the next student you would like to view the Student Profile Report for.
