We have made some great adjustments to reports and access in Kelvin Pulse!
You can now access Download CSV within the Requests Card by clicking on the (...) menu.
The (...) menu and Download CSV report are available from any of the Students reports in the drop-down menu at the top left corner.
Kelvin heard your request to expand access to School Staff Users to access the Student Profile report from the Participants Pulse Report. Previously, only system admins, and teachers had access to the Student Profile Report. To learn more about this head to our help doc: Student Profile.
When staff check the notification box for student request assistance they will see a Pending permission message if they are not within a group that has been granted this permission. Staff will not receive any student assistance request notifications if the pending permission message is displayed on their account. Notifications will become available to the staff user once a system administrator for the district grants permission.
