How to Read the Email Summary Report

Updated on

At the conclusion of your Pulse survey window, Kelvin automatically generates an email summary report. This report is delivered to each user that you specified to share the results with when creating your Pulse.

Keep in mind that users will only see data according to their roles and permissions (e.g. District users will see data across all schools, Principals will see data for only their school, and teachers will only see data for students rostered to them).

Only users that were given the permission to view results will see the report.

For more information see: How do I share results with people?

Your email summary report will look something like the image below and will include the following:

  1. The Pulse title and the number of administrations.
  2. Participation rate and dates of the Pulse.
  3. A Shortcut to log into your launchpad. Just click the green button.
  4. Overall favorable perception compared by Pulse.
  5. Percent favorable responses by dimensions being measured.
  6. If comments were enabled on your Pulse, you will see a summary of comments analyzed by sentiment and topic.
  7. View or search through our recommended resources to help address "what now" questions after reviewing the results.
