Adding Custom Questions to a Pulse

Updated on

Sometimes there is a need to inquire about topics that are not included in Kelvin's predefined question bank. There are numerous scenarios where this could be necessary, and we aim for Kelvin to function as an adaptable and versatile system for collecting feedback on a wide range of subjects. To highlight the capabilities and flexibility of this feature, here are a few examples of use cases we have encountered in the past, such as questions pertaining to:

  • Trauma
  • Emergencies like school closures, pandemics and fires
  • Engagement
  • School activites
  • Food security
  • Family expectations and needs around transportation

Note: You will need administrator access to the Pulse to make any changes..
