The Comments Report is available for any Pulse with a closed window. It allows users to see all the comments provided for any question in the Pulse. Comment sentiment grouping and topic grouping is also available.
Enabling comments is permission-based and will need to be done when creating and scheduling the Pulse.
Names are shared only when the individual elects to share it. If not, it will be listed as anonymous.
1. From the Launchpad, select the Pulse.
2. Select the Comments Report.
1. Filter any Pulse report by clicking on the Filters option at the top right of the report. You may filter students by school, grade, race, ethnicity, gender or class depending on what data you are bringing into Pulse.
2. Kelvin Pulse will attempt to scan comments and try to group them into a Positive, Neutral or Negative groupings within the Sentiment Graph and Topics Grouping. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, but we are generally accurate. There are four filtering options below the graph. Choosing either of the options ( All, Positive, Neutral or Negative) will display only those comments of the chosen filter.
3. Comments can be searched by keyword and the list will re-display the comments that correspond to the search.
