Once your organization's data has been imported into Pulse, it is imperative to verify if the data is consistent with what is in your Student Information System (SIS). Below are tools that system admins can use to support the verification of imported data sets. Please make sure that all student, staff and contact numbers match what is coming over from your source of truth.
Please Note: You will need to be a system administrator to run the Organization Summary report
1. In Pulse, click on youravatar(first initial/circle) at the top right of the page.
2. Click settings from the drop-down selections.
1. Select Organizational Summary report.
The most effective way to use the Organizational Summary report is to look at the counts of school sites, enrollment numbers and staff counts.
NOTE: If you are running a pilot OR not importing all students/staff at this time, please take this into account when looking at the results.
1. Select Extension Details within Settings.
1. Select the data type you would like to Browse.
1. Use the Search field above each Column Header to check/verify with your source of truth data.
2. Use the dropdown to change the data type.
