In addition to creating your own Pulses, you have the option to utilize Kelvin certified, pre-populated surveys known as templates. Some of these templates cover topics such as Back to School, End of Year, Holiday Check-ins, and specifically for California residents, LCAP family, student, and staff surveys.
Note: In order to create family, staff, and student pulses, it is essential to have the permission to Create a Pulse. If you do not possess this authorization, please contact the Kelvin System Administrator of your site.
1. To use Templates, click on the Pulses link at the top of your launchpad.
1. Click New pulse.
2. Select From Template.
1. Select the type (Staff, Family, Student) of Pulse you would like to view Templates for.
2. Select the Template you would like to review.
1. Review the questions that are within the Template.
2. Select Use Template.
NOTE: The questions and answers can be adjusted within the Pulse Creation Steps UNTIL the Pulse is live.
